With your corporate controlling expertise, you will play a key role in supporting the management in expanding innolectric‘s steady growth in the long term. You optimize profitability, liquidity and budgeting and thus make an important contribution to the company‘s success.
Your Tasks
- You evaluate the company‘s finances and support the management in single and multi-year planning.
- You identify potential savings and optimization opportu – nities.
- You work with banks and partners to develop suitable financing strategies for materials, production and the company‘s growth.
- You support the management in budget planning and report regularly to the board.
- You help shape the expansion of the company‘s finance system.
Your Profile
- Completed education or completed studies in the field of finance or comparable.
- You have professional experience in controlling of a medium-sized company, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with ERP software is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting is familiar and self-evident to you.
- You work independently and are a team player at the same time.
- You are a strong communicator in written and spoken German as well as in English (German min. B2).
