As the backbone of the office, you will ensure the smooth running of our administrative processes. the development staff can concentrate on their technical challenges. In this way, you enable us to efficiently implement important support topics.

Your Tasks
  • You support the purchase of general office supplies and services.
  • You carry out the entire purchasing process – from inquiries to orders to the entry into our ERP system.
  • You support our shipping department with the registration of deliveries.
  • You help out with administrative activities.
Your Profile
  • Completed commercial job training
  • First professional experience in purchasing or in administrative activities are an advantage.
  • Confident handling of MS software Experience in handling of with ERP systems desirable
  • Self-reliant and structured way of working
  • A high sense of responsibility
  • You are a strong communicator in written and spoken German as well as in English (German min. B2).
