We would like to inform you that, on December 8, 2025, the Bochum Local Court — Insolvency Court — ordered preliminary insolvency proceedings against the assets of innolectric AG.

The court appointed Ms. Dorothee Madsen, an attorney from the BRL BOEGE ROHDE LÜBBEHUESEN law firm, as the provisional insolvency administrator. The Management Board will actively support the process alongside the provisional insolvency administrator.

With the support of our business partners, we are confident that we will succeed in achieving a sustainable restructuring of innolectric AG. For you, the most important thing is that business operations will continue as usual, and the proceedings will aim to ensure innolectric AG’s long-term survival as the best possible outcome for creditors.

We ask our customers, suppliers, and partners to refer to the letter from the executive board and provisional insolvency administrator for more information. Please also refer to the court order in this matter.
