Our Customer Care department is your point of contact for any queries you may have after making your purchase. From product delivery to answering technical questions and implementing updates, our colleagues will support you personally and directly.

Support remotely or on-site at your premises

Support is provided efficiently and centrally from our headquarters in Bochum. We also offer on-site support: if you encounter problems when using our vehicle products, we will provide rapid assistance. Our engineers analyse the problem on site, taking the charging infrastructure into account, to quickly identify the cause.

 

Our customers benefit directly from the fact that we at innolectric provide one-stop support, from initial concept to final acceptance of the series. We know our products better than anyone else, enabling us to provide fast, comprehensive support. This is done efficiently through remote support from our location in Bochum, Germany. Alternatively, we can visit your laboratory or application site to support you in finding a solution.
