You would like to apply for a job at innolectric? We are happy about that! Here you will find useful information about the application process. For a better orientation, we will show you what you will have to expect after applying at innolectric until your first day in your new job. Of course, there may be minor deviations and flexible adjustments on a day-to-day basis.
Send us your complete application.
Complete means including cover letter, resume, references and certificates as well as your salary expectation to the corresponding e-mail address that can be found in the job posting you are interested in. Please note that we can check your application documents most quickly if you use the correct e-mail address!
You will receive an automatic confirmation.
Once we have successfully received your documents, you will receive an automatic reply e-mail. In the following days, we will check your documents internally and contact you again if necessary.
We have an initial get-to-know-you conversation.
If we think you’re a good fit, we’ll invite you to a casual first conversation so we can get to know each other. Due to Corona, the first conversation may sometimes take place digitally via Microsoft Teams. If we invite you to a face-to-face meeting, you can find our directions for a stress-free arrival here. As a rule, we try to conduct all interviews in the application process in two persons from our side in order to create objectivity and transparency for you.
We go over all the technical and contractual details.
If the first meeting goes well for both sides, we will sit down together again to go into more depth. At the latest, we will invite you to a personal meeting at our office so that you can get an impression of our premises and of us personally. Finally – when everything else has been clarified – we will discuss all the details of your employment contract together.
