The innolectric DC Charging Controller (D3C) acts as the communication interface in the vehicle to the charging infrastructure. DC charging is possible internationally with CCS1 , CCS2 und NACS. The component complies with the IEC 61851, DIN 70121 and ISO 15118-20 standards.
The industries in which the innolectric charging solutions are used are diverse. They include solutions for heavy-duty vehicles in the construction and agricultural sectors, as well as marine and airport apron applications. The interoperability of the D3C has been proven in numerous field tests. The DC Charging Controller is already being used in test vehicles by customers around the world.
Software upgradeable to ISO 15118-20
Charging standards, charging communication requirements and customer needs are constantly evolving. The D3C can be updated at any time to receive the latest communication protocols from innolectric. This means that the DC charging controller will be ready for future changes in standards.
