As part of the “studis on tour” event series, initiated by UniverCity Bochum, interested students and future specialists from colleges and universities in Bochum were able to get to know interesting employers in the region. Tim Karcher and Matthäus Stepien presented their work at innolectric and the vision of the company under the topic “Electromobility & Embedded Systems”. In addition, the students got to know the product portfolio in the fields of Battery Systems and Charging and Power Systems. It was particularly clear what makes innolectric special: the personal passion for electric mobility and the varied work in an agile, young team. Together with Keysight Technologies, the students were presented with two attractive employers from Bochum.

The reasons for participating in the event, which took place on November 7 at the BioMedizinZentrum on the campus of the Ruhr University Bochum, were varied. While some students used the event as an orientation for entry opportunities on the job market, others informed themselves about company cooperations for their final thesis.

Whether as a working student, as part of their final thesis or as a graduate – innolectric was able to offer all participants a suitable perspective. Tim Karcher, CEO of the company, was especially pleased about the commitment of the participants: “The fact that you now sit here and take the opportunity to look around the job market and get to know us makes all the difference. The annual event “studis on tour” offers students at Bochum colleges and universities the opportunity to make contact with potential employers in the region. This offers young participants the opportunity to get to know two different employers in one department within just a few hours.
