Cross-team networking, personal contact and a shared focus on project goals – there are many reasons for the monthly eXchange at innolectric. All innolectric team members come together at this event to exchange ideas.

This was also the case in January 2024 to discuss the most important topics at the start of the year. The management uses the monthly meeting to provide information about the company’s development and the project managers report on current topics. Employees also present important work results or working students present the content of their final theses.

At innolectric, we place great value on exchange, transparency and team spirit. The eXchange provides a good framework for this and gives colleagues the opportunity to present their projects to the team, clarify questions and exchange ideas or experiences. It is also an opportunity for new team members to introduce themselves and get to know all colleagues from different teams in person.

The first eXchange 2024 marks the start of an exciting new year at innolectric. We are looking forward to the upcoming projects and working with our partners to further advance the electric mobility of tomorrow.
