Your Way to Us: Tips and Tricks for Your Application
Would you like to apply for a job at innolectric? We´re happy about that! Here, you will find useful information about the application process. To help you prepare, we will explain what to expect from the time you apply until your first day on the job. Of course, there may be minor deviations and flexible adjustments on a day-to-day basis.
Send us your complete application.
Complete applications incluse a cover letter, resume, references, and certificates as well as salary expectations. Send these documents to the e-mail address listed in the job posting you are interested in. Please note that we can process your application documents most quickly if you use the correct email address!
You will receive an automatic confirmation.
Once we have received your documents, you will receive a reply e-mail confirming this. Over the next few days, we will review your documents internally and contact you again if necessary.
We have an initial get-to-know-you conversation.
If we think you’re a good fit, we’ll invite you to an initial, informal conversation to get to know each other. The first conversation may sometimes take place digitally via Microsoft Teams. If we invite you to an in-person meeting, you can find directions for a stress-free arrival here. As a rule, we conduct all interviews in the application process with two people from to create objectivity and transparency for you.
We review all the technical and contractual details.
If the first meeting goes well, we will meet again to discuss more details. We will invite you to a personal meeting at our office at the latest so that you can get a sense of our workspace and meet us in person. Finally, once everything else has been clarified, we will discuss the details of your employment contract.
