Everyone is different, so at innolectric, all colleagues come to work however they feel comfortable in. There is no strict dress code, unless you work in our laboratories. In those cases, of course, we make sure you wear the appropriate protective clothing!

A smooth start in your new job is ensured by comprehensive onboarding and your personal buddy, who is there to answer all your questions and actively support you in the first days and weeks. In addition to all organizational information and the hardware and software required for the job, all new team members receive a comprehensive onboarding package. New colleagues are part of the innolectric team from the very first second and it should feel that way! Of course, the onboarding process also begins on the first day in order to quickly become familiar with the new tasks and responsibilities.
