As a direct contact to the innolectric customers, you are our mouthpiece to the outside world. As a technical contact person you accompany our customers in all questions concerning the technical integration of our products and in this way you carry the professional competence of innolectric to the outside.
Your Tasks
- Processing of customer inquiries in the area of service and support
- Control of required documentation for customers
- Regular cooperation with technical development
- Preparation of technical documentation for maintenance, commissioning and service
- Evaluation of customer feedback and customer data
- Maintenance and support of the service portal
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, e.g. as a mechatronics engineer or electrician
- Experience with circuit diagrams and schematics
- First experiences in handling CAN logs advantageous
- Good computer skills and proficient use of MS Office
- Structured, independent way of working
- Open personality with affinity for electromobility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. You are willing to learn the German language and master it after 12 months at the level B2.
