Distance rules, obligatory masks and rapid tests are still part of everyday life in innolectric’s Bochum office and laboratory areas. To keep our team healthy and as safe as possible, we continue to take these rules very seriously. That’s why our summer party this year also took place digitally once again.

Despite home office and Corona rules, team spirit continues to be a top priority for the entire innolectric team. Getting together outside of working hours – virtually – and exchanging ideas is even more important in these times than before. Our remote summer party, which took place at the end of August, showed that this also works well digitally.

This summer’s online event was all about “Bella Italia”. Equipped with a personal “goodie bag,” the colleagues traveled, at least virtually, to a warm vacation destination for an evening. In small teams, the participants were given the task of solving a fictitious murder case with mafia connections while enjoying oven-fresh pizza in an online escape game. After 90 minutes, all hobby investigators had unmasked the killer and afterwards we ended the evening together in a large group.
