Commitment to mobility and climate change

Since the beginning of the Corona pandemic, innolectric has introduced flexible working. Although this saves many colleagues from having to commute to work a few days a week, mobility is still a large and important factor in working life. Depending on the route, commuting to and from work can be time-consuming, especially by car in the Ruhr conurbation. That is why the innolectric team is increasingly turning to alternative means of transport.

Bicycle leasing and Deutschlandticket

Not only do more and more team members get to the office by job bike. Especially in the colder months, more and more colleagues are using the Deutschlandticket to get to work in a cost-effective and climate-friendly way, far away from traffic jams and crowded roads. The company headquarters at the innoCampus is centrally located in Bochum, with three train lines stopping right next to the building. Bochum’s main railway station can be reached by public transport within 10 minutes.

Benefits for our team

innolectric subsidises the Deutschlandticket by 25%, so that the monthly subscription price is 34.30 euros. Beyond that, there are no differences to the 49-euro ticket: all means of local transport can be used without restriction throughout Germany. And not only on the way to work, but also during leisure time and at the weekend.
