As a young company, innolectric created many new structures in the first few years. This included digitized business processes in all areas. The cooperation project In|Die RegionRuhr of the business development agencies of the locations Bochum, Dortmund and Hagen supported us in this process – and a short film has now been made about it.

Many colleagues on site were on hand with our CEO Tim Karcher to give an insight into our premises and our day-to-day business.

Tim Karcher describes how important digitization is to the company. “Digitization is a key element for us because we work at different locations and have to exchange data, for example. We also always have a digital interface with our customers,” says Karcher. Especially in pandemic times, this basic understanding has helped us a lot to switch a lot of things to “remote” in a short time and still stay smoothly in the team and in contact with customers and suppliers.

The film was commissioned by In|Die RegionRuhr. In|Die RegionRuhr is a cooperative project of the business development agencies and chambers of commerce in Bochum, Dortmund and Hagen.
