Mark 51°7, a reference project for inner-city area development, is being built in the center of Bochum. The quarter offers a place where science and business create synergies. Ground has already been broken on the former Opel site with ideal transport links in a central location in the heart of the Ruhr region. The energy supply on the site sets standards: the buildings are heated geothermally, which is forward-looking and resource-saving when it comes to the heating and cooling network.

As the industry grows, the innolectric team is pleased to announce that innolectric will move into its new “innocampus” location on Mark 51°7 in the center of the Ruhr region starting in 2023.

In addition, with innocampus we will also move our personal everyday life significantly towards the future. All parking spaces in the building are equipped with charging technology for e-vehicles. Bicycle and eBike parking spaces are also available in large numbers, as well as a direct connection to the public transport system to jointly reduce urban traffic.
