Protection of employees is top priority

Since spring 2020, innolectric has also had to deal with the Corona pandemic. Business operations were maintained throughout the lockdown phases and in times of great economic and social uncertainty. The business development is very positive. We look to the future of electric mobility with motivation and are excited to help shape it!

Comprehensive measures to protect the entire team

At the same time, the protection of employees and their families is a top priority at innolectric. For example, every employee whose duties allow them to do so has the option of working extensively from home on a mobile basis. In view of the current strong increase in numbers at the end of 2021, this continues to be a matter of course for the management. Tim Karcher, CEO of innolectric: “The protection of our employees is our focus; they are our most valuable asset. As a company, we also have a responsibility to public society. We can only get through this pandemic together and in solidarity.”

Daily quick testing for all colleagues

Another preventive measure goes far beyond the statutory regulations: every employee receives a free, voluntary rapid test for every working day in the office. He or she can take the test at home and then know before going to the office whether he or she could endanger others by becoming infected. This offer applies to the entire workforce, regardless of vaccination status, and can be taken up without any bureaucracy. This offer will continue to be offered because the opportunity for self-testing is very well received. In this way, innolectric can maintain its operations on site – and create significantly more safety against infection in the teams.
