Service and support for our customers
Those who purchase Battery Systems and Charging and Power Systems products from innolectric can make use of additional services according to their individual needs. The colleagues in the Customer Care team then help, for example, with the integration of the products into the customer’s overall system or support the use of the software. The paths are short: Customer Care works internally directly with development and product support, so that issues can be handled comprehensively and directly by the innolectric technology experts.
High product quality and efficient internal processes are a matter of course at innolectric, particularly when dealing with our customers. In order to be even more accessible for our customers, the direct contact possibilities of the various teams are now stored under Contact.
